IEL Technologie Agricole and Global Concept are looking for a Project Manager who will act as an orchestra conductor to bring to completion the various livestock equipment installations and engineering coordination projects assigned to him/her at Global Concept, an IEL Technologie Agricole company, while respecting deadlines and costs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main tasks related to the position:

In collaboration with the sales consultants assigned to you, you will assess the customer's needs and prepare tenders for mandates accurately and on time, while ensuring the profitability and feasibility of projects.

• Ensure sound project management and coordination by complying with all tender terms and internal procedures. Take part in follow-up meetings with the various departments involved, both virtually and on-site.

• Using the tools at his/her disposal, plan an execution schedule based on the steps to be followed, and monitor it. Travel to major sites to ensure progress.

• Coordinate the actions of the various work teams (Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Installation and After-Sales Service), providing them with the information and support they need to meet the project schedule.

• In collaboration with the Assistant Project Manager, ensure that all administrative information essential to projects is obtained.

• Monitor the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the project to detect any anomalies, delays, product or quantity errors that may give rise to problems that could compromise project delivery or accuracy, and consequently the project's financial profitability.

• Participate, on an ongoing basis, in the improvement of various processes in order to implement Lean management, while aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.

Success factors :

• Training in agriculture or agricultural engineering (asset strongly considered)

• Good knowledge of livestock equipment
