OUR HISTORY
A family-run business founded in 1967, IEL (Les Industries et Équipements Laliberté Ltée) has carved out a niche for itself in the agricultural sector. Having participated in the evolution of various breeding techniques, IEL has adapted to the various changes and evolutions in the market, enabling us to offer products and services at the cutting edge of technology, far ahead of all our competitors in Quebec. Animal welfare" and computerized management and feeding systems, with remote controls, are among the primary concerns of the entire IEL Technologie Agricole team, the most experienced you'll find in Quebec.

Milestones
In January 2014, André St-Hilaire and Pierre Bouchard, Eng. acquired the company, which now employs over 155 people.
On September 22, 2020, Vincent Nadeau-Morissette of Global and Avantis Coopérative took over the reins of the company.

VINCENT NADEAU-MORISSETTE
Trained as an agri-environmental engineer, Mr. Nadeau-Morissette owns Global Concept and Global Construction. With over 60 employees, the two companies offer Quebec agricultural businesses complete services, from engineering to construction.
Mr. Nadeau-Morissette has worked in the agricultural industry for 11 years, mainly in hog production. Before the creation of Global Concept and Global Construction, he held the positions of engineer and sector manager in environment and projects at Aliments Breton in St-Bernard, and project engineer at Les Industries et Équipements Laliberté (IEL ltée).
